Once we were able to get someone's attention for service all was good. The pour on drinks is a bit weak but I guess most restaurants are

Let me first begin this adventure with a shout out to our waiter! You were awesome and excited expectations. However, the overwhelming quality service could not trump the food. The food was mediocre at best. The sauce was cold. The wings were cold and tough. The veggies were steamed when I asked for raw or fresh cut with ranch. To add insult to injury the Pepsi was flat.
My only critique of the service was the hostess. They had ZERO enthusiasm when talking to customers. They were so occupied with themselves they didn't even notice that we spoke to them when leaving.
At the end of the day... our waiter was the hi-light of our visit. -

Ordered a burger and fries and buffalo chicken tenders. The burger is real beef and cooked just how I requested. The fries were perfect. The chicken tenders were quite good, but the sauce, original buffalo, was spot on. Meal was served in a timely manner and our server was very attentive. Brittany, our server, set us up and took care of us for the rest of our meal. Giving four stars because our table was dirty when we were seated, we had to ask twice to get it cleaned (Brittany got on it immediately when asked) and the place is very noisy. Mostly due to obnoxious customers, which the staff cannot control.
We'll come back, just not on a Saturday night! -

We love the food here. Hubs and kids like the wings. Burgers are good. Fish and chips and fish tacos are yummy. We come here pretty often!

The restroom was disgusting toilets overflowing on the floor piss on the floor in front of the urinal no soap at all to wash your hands so how was the kitchen help Able to wash their hands after using the restroom I brought all this up to the manager he told me there was a sink in the kitchen with soap for the cooks the restroom was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in my life I would compare it to any gas station or a bar and I bet it would win the trophy for nasty ass bathroom
